Liverpool visit the Stadio Olimpico looking to reach the Champions League final, holding a 5-2 advantage from the first leg.
While Roma were big underdogs to even reach this stage of the competition when they were drawn against Chelsea in Group C, the Italians have certainly proved their doubters wrong since.
A 3-0 win over Chelsea back in October led them to finish top of the Group.
But it wasn’t until the quarter-finals did they seriously send shockwaves around Europe when they dumped Barcelona out of the competition.
Having suffered a 4-1 defeat to the newly crowned La Liga champions in the first leg, many thought the tie was over.
However, Roma pulled off a stunning 3-0 victory to book themselves a spot in the semi-final.
And while Klopp is wary of Roma’s impressive home showings in Europe, he believes his side are prepared to not let their 5-2 lead slip.
“We are not Chelsea, we are not Barcelona,” he said.
“We will be ready. I don't think we are through but I don't think we are in a bad situation. We are in a better situation than I thought we would be before.
“We didn't lose in the Champions League so far. What does that mean? If that continues we will be through.
“Barcelona probably thought it was decided. Everyone is telling us it is quite difficult and possible but no-one told Barcelona it is possible to beat you 3-0 because no-one could imagine it could happen, but it happened. I didn't need a warning but if a warning was needed it's a warning.
“Do not forget we are really difficult to play. If you really want to win you have to accept beforehand you could lose and still be really brave.
“They have to win against us. We could have scored seven (at Anfield) – that's not disrespectful.
"The closer the game comes Roma realise they still have to score three, it didn't happen too often this season against us. I'm not saying it is impossible but it is quite difficult."
