REAL MADRID star Gareth Bale is reportedly attracting strong interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain as clubs look to snap him up this summer.
Gareth Bale put clubs on alert with his comments after Saturday’s Champions League final, hinting he could be on his way out with the need to play regular football.
Express Sport understands Manchester United are hopeful of prising Bale away from the Bernabeu.
According to Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda, United made a €120m (£105m) offer for the Welshman last summer but were swiftly rejected by the European champions.
Inda claims club president Florentino Perez is keen to keep hold of the forward but Cristiano Ronaldo’s own future could have an impact whether Bale leaves.
"Mr. [Zinedine] Zidane is not clear about the continuity of Bale and the president wants it to continue,” Inda said.
“If Cristiano remains, there are many possibilities for him to leave.
“I would not be surprised if you evaluate the medical section before making the decision to sell.
“Last year there was an offer of 120 million from Manchester United and it was rejected.
“Florentino since he arrived has been firm in his defence for the Welshman."
But United face interest from PSG and Arsenal, according to Spanish outlet Ok Diario.
They say both clubs have contacted Bale’s agent to declare their interest in offering him a way out of the Spanish capital.
Unai Emery is keen to make a host of signings in his first summer in charge but may have difficulty luring Bale with the Spaniard under a tight budget of around £50m.
PSG, along with Manchester United, have the finances to secure Bale’s signature and the French club may have the advantage with Neymar being of interest to Madrid.
