Ramos caused Mohamed Salah to come off injured with a shoulder problem midway through the first half in Kiev.
The centre-back wrestled Egypt international Salah to the ground during a challenge with the scores locked at 0-0.
And moments before Loris Karius’ disastrous mistakes for the opening goal, Ramos had knocked into the goalkeeper.
It has emerged Karius may have suffered a concussion from the incident with Ramos.
But when asked about both injuries during Spain’s World Cup media day today, Ramos was light-hearted about the events in Kiev.
"Bloody hell, they've given this a lot of attention, the Salah thing ... I didn't want to speak because everything is magnified,” Ramos said.
“I see the play as it is. He grabbed my arm first and I fell to the other side, the injury happened to the other arm and they said that I gave him a judo hold.
“After the goalkeeper said that I dazed him with a clash with me. I am only missing Firmino saying that he got a cold because a drop of my sweat!”
Ramos is set to star for Spain at the World Cup in Russia, fresh of winning a third straight Champions League crown with Real.
Liverpool star Salah faced missing the tournament after his injury but the Egyptian FA believe he will be fit for their second group match.
Asked if he has apologised to Salah following the clash, Ramos said: "I spoke with Salah through messages, he was quite good.
“He could have played if he had got an injection for the second half, I have done it sometimes but when Ramos does something like this, it sticks a little bit more.
“I don't know if it's because you're at Madrid for so long and win for so long that people look at it a different way."
