JURGEN KLOPP is calm about Liverpool’s top four prospects.
Liverpool lost to Chelsea on Sunday, blowing the race for the Champions League spots wide open.
Liverpool now need three points from the final game of the season against Brighton to secure their place in next season’s competition.
That comes before they play this season’s final against Real Madrid and means Klopp can’t rest players.
Jermaine Jenas has described the situation as a nightmare with Liverpool now going three games without a win and allowing Chelsea and Tottenham back into the hunt.
But Klopp insists he is calm with things in their hands.
"It's my life, it's our life, that we always make it a little bit more exciting,” he said.
"We had these situations a few times and it will be, for sure, exciting because Brighton is in a good moment, they played fantastic against [Manchester] United.
"But it's all OK, as long as we have it in our own hands, life is good.
"We still have to take it then but we will try everything."
Liverpool looked tired against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge after seeing off Roma’s challenge in the Champions League semi-final second leg.
But Klopp thinks his players are in good shape and is looking forward to working with them for the week ahead.
I'm really happy that this very intense period is over now because we have one week to prepare for Brighton.
"[It] will be a difficult game but we have one week - that feels like a year and we will use that.
"Hopefully they all came through the game then one week is fantastic.
"If one or two had little problems then one week is short as well but so far I didn't hear anything and I hope it stays like this."
