Since a couple of days, an obvious rumour spread that Neymar is returning at the Camp Nou. But, is that news completely tue? The question remains. Barcelona President made things clear this time. According to the Spanish giants Barca President Josep Maria Bartomeu, Barcelona cannot buy the Brazilian star Neymar! Though the Brazilian poster boy wants to return at the Camp Nou. And also the President has confirmed that Ousmane Dembele and Nelson Semedo will stay with the La Liga champion this season.
Neymar comes or not, the hesitation of Barca fans are not reducing. Now, the solution has come from the Barca President Josep Maria Bartomeu. The Catalan club President has cleared that at least in the season, Barcelona will not buy Neymar from the French side Paris Saint Germain.

Earlier Brazil forward stated that he wants to return to his former club, he stated that directly. And many supporters of Barcelona also want the forward at the Camp Nou, Barca President also aware of that. But he is a realistic person. He is facing reality and so, he stated that in the upcoming season, it is not possible for Barca to buy the Brazilian forward.
Yesterday, Barca President attended a press conference where he was questioned about bringing Neymar back. In return, Bartomeu said that for the upcoming season, they are not able to buy the most expensive player. He also added that they know, Neymar wants to leave the French champion PSG but PSG is not ready to sell him. So, there is no chance of bringing him back.

According to the Spanish news portals, Lionel Messi himself wants to see Neymar at the Nou Camp. Even in the last May, he talked with the Barca President about it. But the President stated that the news was just smoke. He added that LM10 does not talk about selling or buying players but only wants a competitive team.
Also, there was another rumour that Barca is going to sell French forward Ousmane Dembele which was brought from the German side Borussia Dortmund after the departure of Neymar! Now, to keep Neymar, Barca is going to sell him. But, Bartomeu also told about it. He has confirmed that Barca is not selling Dembele. Even he has claimed that the French winger is better than Neymar!
About the World Cup winner French player Dembele, Bartomeu stated that he is an amazing footballer. It is so charming to see him on the ground. To the Barca President, Dembele is better than Neymar.
